Good exposure to client side. They will push you to start working and open door policy of management.

Cons

Pathetic work culture and working hours is not flexible. Salary pay is low and HR & IT is redundant department with no knowledge and vision. Too much work pressure unnecessarily.

Worst politics,environment,hr policy,travelling policy,disappointment in commitment part,timing, no salary growth,Hr dept is very political and worst think only about them. You feel like prisoner and labor in this. Join this company if you want to spoil your bright career.
