      I have been working since 4 years in this company before that company i am having experience of working with 7 different companies and i found GFK Etilize "The Best company" so far in my 11 years of carrier. The best thing is company never fired anyone due to performance issues or downsizing mechanism management always tries to fit resources in other departments in case of projects lay offs In case of performance issues Leads/manager provide refreshers to improve performance

      The major challenge is due to huge in size company has some set of protocols that needs to be followed for carrier opportunities No paid external trainings for Network people
