Pros

You are entitled to a wide range of really good product allocation every month from every brand owned by Estée Lauder. There is potential to earn a lot of commission

Cons

Targets can be quite unachievable at times. A lack of training from the brand.

Pros

-Fantastic training -My counter manager is lovely but hours can be changed quickly without much notice -SPC

Cons

-Part time contracts are often temporary, they will keep renewing the contract but there’s no sense of job security. -No room for advancement past counter manager -Unrealistic targets makes it unlikely to get any commission -They would rather have one customer buy 6 things at once than one loyal customer buy 2 items every few weeks/months. They no longer care about building a bond with the customer, it’s just sales, sales, sales.
