      Doorstep cab facility, 6 days of sick leave annually, and 24 paid leaves.

      Cons

      # No transparency on the decisions around organisation structure. # No perks for performance excellence. # No integrity and accountability from the higher management on all the wrongdoings. # Promotions are politically done. # Works on an age-old technology stack. No clear plans to upgrade even after the Java 7 support ended in 2022. # No transparency on the salary ranges for the roles across the company. Many managers take this as an advantage and put employees on low salaries.
