      Pros

      No healthy pros detected. Only you can get the huge opportunity for coding.

      Cons

      * No time limit for development. You can work 14-16 hours every working day. * You need to mentally prepare for working on most of the weekend. * Poor salary structure & salary delay every month. * No other facilities available. * No leave policy & didn't get any public holiday properly. They customize public holidays also. * Management's cheap mentality.

      One of the worst software company in Bangladesh. Join this company if you want to kill your programming passion.

      I can't remember any pros there.

      Cons

      - Here you will be loaded with so much work that you will have to work 14-16 hours a day. Even then you can't finish the work in time. So you have to come on the weekend. -CEO is so arrogant that he will not agree with you in life, never accept other's opinion. - No leave policy, no bonus no benefit no any other facilities. - They basically run the company by interns taking advantage of the helplessness of the freshers. Here you will spend 8 months as an intern/trainee with 5k/8k salary and no leave. - Even the peon of this company is a rascals
