      Pros

      Moderate amount of available projects, lots of trainings (really cool), good inter-colleague relations, I was happy there somehow... Fine team buildings, thou rare. Out of the box approach to recruiting, congrats.

      Cons

      Bad management, micro-management too; bad project resource planning; below average communication with mother-firm from Italy, no interaction or reunion, annual parties or so... lots of old technologies, criminally low salaries... unlivable to todays standards. Juniors are below poverty line... Benefits?? What?

      -Offers a good starting point for your career in the software development. -Good to experience how big company with a lot of employees function.

      Cons

      -Only for starting your career -Low salaries comparing to some other companies in the same field -Mostly old technologies and legacy projects -Not enough seniors to help with individual improvement
