Pros
This was a great place when it was EnablePath. If you want to work for a large corporate office with all the politics this is now the place for you.
Cons
BirlaSoft has taken over, and most of the EnablePath employees have left the company. This is a different company between 2016 and early 2017.

Pros
Remote work with minimal travel. Variety of projects keeps thing fresh. SFDC is a great platform to work with and the developers were knowledgeable.
Cons
First four projects were totally botched solutions from the start. Delivery had to redesign and work with unrealistic budgets and billable hour limitations. We were able to save most projects, but the mean girl politics and infighting were finally too much. Many good people left.
