I have been working with ukactive for almost three years now. ukactive is a young organisation with purpose and passion. There is progression for talented individuals. A number of management positions are now held by employees who started in entry level positions. New ideas, better ways of working are encouraged and employees are listened to. The Executive team is very accessible and the camaraderie between team and employees is great. You know you will be supported and can count on your team to step up to help you when required. The organisation culture is very strong. ukactive is a ' nice' organisation. The best thing is everyone gets on with each other, there is professional honesty.

Join ukactive only if you are truly passionate about the sector and believe the mission. The organisation is for you if you would like to build a career. If you are looking for 'a job' you will get frustrated as the organisation encourages progression and learning.
