Very racist organisation, not enough black/poc at senior roles. Those who do apply are met with excuses meanwhile white counterparts in the organisation, who barely do anything but talk about doing the job get all the accolades.

No career progression, poor wages although the company turns over a large amount each year (where does this money go?), huge difference in salary between middle management and Director level. Real culture of working late. Offered no external training specific to my role.
