Hired through recruitment agency. Recruitment agency sent me there. Met with manager and consultant. Half an hour long interview with manager and external consultant, given in tray task and social media advertising task, then asked competency based questions. Got a phone call half an hour later from the recruitment agency saying they wanted to hire me to start the following Monday. Relatively non-stressful and easy interview.
