The people are open-minded, playful, driven and compassionate. It is a level of honesty, curiosity, passion for excellence and team spirit I have not experienced anywhere else in the many places I have worked.

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
