I had 3 interviews. First one with a recruiter, about motivation for the job. Second with hiring director and an Agile coach and third one with some of the LT. Between first and second I had a case to make and I presentet that in third interview. I really liked the vibe in the interviews and loved that Lars's ( hiring director)focus was to find all my qualities and not what I wasn't good at.
