Pros
As an individual starting to work in the financial advisory services deVere was the best place to start. I honestly learnt so much and for that I will always be grateful.
Cons
Staff retention is at an all-time low. Management all seem to be young and inexperienced so you end up being threatened instead of lead. It's a dog-eat-dog environment where everyone is more interested in lining their pockets than serving clients.
