Pros
It was a good company 5 years ago Benefits are competitive (pension, private health) with the exception of bonuses Work/life balance is acceptable A lot of good (but undervalued) people
Cons
Invisible leadership - particularly UK CEO Weak managers Increasing staff turn over Obsessed with outsourcing, selling business segments and constant redundancies Very much who you know, not what you know Lack of IT investment - charging premium fees for mediocre customer experience Heavily focused on driving share price and increasing the dividend at the expense of customer experience, propositional quality or staff retention.
