Pros
I was working on an interesting project until we were made redundant in 2023. We had a lot of autonomy and were solving interesting problems. There were lots of opportunities for promotions and pay was really good.
Cons
Given the nature of BNPL there is a lot of uncertainty. There are lots of teams that don’t always coordinate well both tech and product decisions. It was too woke for my liking but it didn’t really affect us as a team.
