Most of your day will be spent cold calling real estate agents and brokers that have been called numerous times by other reps. Performance management expectations, at least while I was there, WAS UNREALISTIC. Miss one month and you're practically on a PIP. Miss three months in a row and you are done - if management thinks this is a sustainable way to keep talent, they are so far beyond reality. I'd recommend ZG as a company for the people and the benefits, but I heavily encourage you to ask about their performance management expectations. If it's not changed from how I described it, run.
