Pros
Great household name but not worth the headache. The position was not worth the headache for the $12.00/hr base pay. They ramp you up to think it will be a great company but it isn't. Managers give you a feeling that you are just a number, they talk over you, try to step on you, and try to appear to be more competent than they truly are (I assume they lack self esteem and self awareness).
Cons
The interview was a waste of time and the managers don't know how to talk to people. I believe I asked the first interviewer, Lisa, if I should even bother going through in the next step because she indirectly let me know I wasn't a fit for the company. She talked the entire time about irrelevant things and wasted my time. I couldn't tell if she was on drugs or not. The managers made a terrible representation of Zillow as a whole and I wouldn't obtain a loan through the company because of this. The company certainly will go to shambles soon because of terrible leadership. If you treat your people bad, I'm sure you will treat customers bad as well. Management definitely doesn't live by the company's values. Reviews are true about the company and I'm sure the turnover rate is high because of the managers. Management speaks to you as if you owe them something and they behave as if they are entitled to something. They are not likeable people and I have no clue how they got into this industry where it is customer focused.
