Hi, thanks for these thoughtful comments. I appreciate you see our customers as our North Star, even though sometimes we have to have difficult conversations with them. I'm glad you called out the learning opportunities. ZG is has put in significant work to improve that area of our culture recently. I can feel it and see the results. I'm happy you can too.
