The day to day work was very interesting and the company puts data science and machine learning at the core of its business.
Cons
The pay is average for the German market an nowhere near the bigger players in machine learning. Hence, Zalando can't attract much top talent and your excellent colleagues tend to get frustrated and move on quickly.
