Pros
Work life balance (depends on your boss) Good site with multiple learning courses. A good job if your plan is to remain on the same task for some time.
Cons
Constant financial trouble. No employee reviews. Bad practices, managers don't enforce a good work environment. Managers can tell if you are wrong but employees can't provide feedback to their managers.
