Pros
Although the building was a former factory it was ok. One thing great is Xerox spends a lot of money on hardware/software so you never have to do your work on outdated equipment. There are a lot of very smart and talented people there and mostly everyone is willing to help you along the way. The pay and benefits were not bad, probably a little better than other places in town.
Cons
Typical corporate nonsense eventually caused major inertia in getting anything done. Somehow the corporate culture went to a paranoid, big brother setup where they watched you every minute of the day. Coming and going was tracked by your badge and every minute of time was ridiculously tracked in a TFS database. Even time you didn't spend on a particular project had to be tracked so the numbers would add up.
