      flexible work environment. thats it

      Cons

      pay is low compared to market. mgmt is too busy fulfilling corporate agenda and never available to do what is needed to grow accounts. large workload put on a few employees. transparency to customer is not where it should be.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
