Pros

The pay for management is good.

Cons

Team member pay is pathetic and commission structure for team members is pathetic. Awful culture, District Managers encourage unethical and dishonest sales strategies, Retail Store Managers better be ready to be belittled, talked down to, disrespected and yelled at in aggressive manners by their DM in order to be trained. Salary job where you are told what hours to work and what days to work and given a minimum number of hours to work weekly.

Decent pay and commission opportunities, especially early on Good training at the beginning Some district managers genuinely cared about their teams and tried to do the right thing Opportunities to move up if you aligned with leadership expectations

Cons

Store employees are often treated poorly and seen as disposable Toxic culture that prioritizes numbers over integrity Widespread unethical sales practices in many locations, including slamming customer accounts with features or lines they did not request or understand Store managers engaging in deceptive behavior were often rewarded with recognition, bonuses, and trips Honest employees were at a disadvantage compared to those willing to cut corners Inconsistent leadership: district managers were either excellent or extremely ineffective, with no middle ground High stress, high pressure environment with little accountability at the top
