      Pros

      Good pay for store management. Good communication and sharing of information. New schedule is family friendly.

      Cons

      Lack of promotional opportunities unless you are minority or female. Payroll to run the stores is tight. No markdowns to clean up old merchandise. Too much promo from the buying team. Senior management out of touch with the stores.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
