Pros

Good retirement benefits, health coverage, the company is pretty flexible with getting you the time off when needed. Ability to move around and learn different departments is there as well.

Cons

Management can be a headache in trying to get things accomplished but are there if you need them. Be wary of hours being cut when January and February roll around. If you get hired as a part timer, you will not be eligible for health care for one year and all you get is medical and vision. It will take two years for you to recieve vacation time and that is based upon the average hours worked during the course of the year. Those two previous things are directed to the potential part time hiree.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
