Pros

Lots of new products to develop and projects to launch bootlickers upward mobile presence in the Bay Area, so can always switch to another company :)

Cons

Worst culture - win belongs to the manager, losses to underlings - Can't focus on work or developing a relationship, too much politics - bootlickers upward mobile - some companies have customer/employee empathy, creating a warm ecosystem, employee development, Learning, onboarding, training, support, HR, responsibility, accountability, and merit-based performance evaluation, culture. Walmart is not that company.

Pros

It is a easy way to get a first job.

Cons

This can be a tough place to work where you have to work hard for not a ton of pay.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
