      Pros

      I personally think working for Walmart has changed my personality and my character for the better. They pay me more than my last job did, they treat me with respect, they believe in me when it comes to advancement oppritunities. The people I work with are by far the best! So all in all I rate Watmart a great place to work for.

      Cons

      The only downfall to working for Walmart is dealing with the customers that do nothing but complain. But you will find that anywhere.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
