As a big company, you have the possibility to move within different areas of the company. There is relative flexibility when it comes to working schedule.
Cons
the Walmart Culture is just a way to brainwash people. As a low-cost company they invest as least as possible in resources for the employes, they use old fashioned software, even to get a decent chair is a problem.
