Pros

Compensation Equity Talented coworkers Recently remodeled offices Beautiful location with nature, restaurants, activities always available. Downtown area Great schools Diverse staff Interesting speakers/enrichment activities

Cons

Overworked Constant layoffs and stress Resistance of change/technology/new ideas by management that has been there decades. Culture is all talk. Constant reminders of what culture/ethics supposed to be, but little followthrough. Culture equals PR campaign and that's about it. Parking is horrendous. As someone who travels to different building often, it's not unusual to search for parking for 15 min and then walk 15-25 minutes to the door. Major time suck if you do this a couple times a day.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
