      Pros

      Good Salary and Benefits. Good job stability. It helped support my family for a few years.

      Cons

      Long Hours. I had a 45 min commute each way. my site was supposed to have two managers, but covid hit and put a hiring freeze a couple weeks after my co manager transferred to another site. I ran all departments by myself for almost a year. An opportunity came up closer to home and I took it.
