The promises they make are worthless. They kept jerking me around on my hours. The management never takes the time to say 'good job'. I specifically heard my supervisor say 'everyone's replaceable.' They tell you to do A and write you up when you fail to think on your own to do B. I've seen a revolving door here with new employees since I started a year ago. If you wanna take up drinking on a daily basis, go ahead and work here. If not, stay away from the Nashville landfill 'Southern Services."
