      Living from lay off to lay off - Manager WM Employee Review

      Pros

      Great benefits package, work life balance, my department pay scales were in the mid to high within the salary range

      Cons

      I worked for WM for 10 years and we through 10 Reduction in Work Force. I finally did not make it through the August 2012 lay offs. Lay off occur every August and people are let go to make the numbers and goals by the end of the year.
