Pros
Some hardworking professionals in individual contributor roles. Nationally recognized brand.
Cons
Terrible leadership and lack of professionalism. Deplorable ethical behavior from SVPs to middle management. Project sizing is woefully misguided and underfunded with leadership culture focused on "passing the buck", promising delivery of projects with completely unreasonable budgets (at times 25-33% of estimated sizing) and pinning critical large project delivery responsibilities on inexperienced recent college graduates. This consistent pattern of over-promise, under-deliver, and blame/firing has been occurring for decades. Systems are a complete mess, hundreds of systems that were half baked due to failed projects where leadership pinned blame on their subordinates while maintaining their position; usually due to this recurring cycle. Leadership focus on job security and fiefdoms, usually stacking their organization with personnel to give the perception of criticality. Sales driven culture where bonuses are consistently redistributed from other functional areas from SVPs to Sales.
