The pro is working remote and that’s it!
Cons
Everything is a con! Everyone is rude, leadership is a micro manager. The salary here is not competitive at all! It’s hard to transition into different departments in HR. They do not care about any previous experience from employers outside of the government. And everyone wants to be the boss but not be a leader!
