Pros
federal job security, good benefits the longer you stay (if you can tolerate it), don't get flexed off when there's low census so you almost always get your whole check each pay period
Cons
hard to get in/federal clearance, CPRS is a jurassic electronic health record/unrealistic charting requirements, they "can't afford" to pay OT, employees aren't allowed to strike,
