Interview process was coordinated well and communication was clear throughout the whole process. Employees were friendly throughout the process and were flexible in scheduling. 2 interviews, 1 hour each, were held before receiving an offer.

I was asked a some questions over a phone call interview,. The questions were very simple, the interview did not last long, and I was offered the job on the spot.

Was contacted by recruiter, was referred to onsite contractor program manager. After on-site interview, I was offered position by phone later that day. About 4 weeks of no contact or replies to emails, calls, and texts, I was given a start date.

Interview process was quick and easy. The position closed the week of Thanksgiving. I was called the next Friday to schedule an interview. I interviewed the following Wednesday, and received a tentative offer letter the following Monday. Interviews are still being done virtually through Teams and you MUST turn on your camera. There were 3 people on the panel and took turns asking questions.

There were 3 people doing interviewing at the hospital in one room all at once. The whole hiring process takes at least 3 months if hired. Every step took a while to hear back from them.
- It wasn’t any pt specific questions. Just mainly more personal questions like why I became a dental hygienist and times I may have felt with a difficult pt or coworker type scenarios.

the interview is a structured process. there are 3 or 4 interviewers that each read a multipart question. They each score the responses. recommendation: read the VA notes on overview process. look at some YouTube videos.

Panel interview with 3-5 interviewers. They ask performance based interview questions. Samples can be found on usajobs. The interviews is not interactive. You must answer all parts of the question. Do not speak generally. Use specific examples.
