Great place to work - Senior Platform Engineer Uber Employee Review

I have worked at Uber for over 2 years now. Uber has been hit hard during COVID and has had to make many tough decisions (big layoffs, divestitures, etc). Despite the layoffs, I truly feel that the company is now more focused in core business and is building an excellent platform. As an employee, I feel I have the freedom to build and engineer solutions without red tape. I have good benefits, and I don't feel overly pressured.
