Pros
The people. As someone that has worked with a lot of companies as employee or consultant, Uber is the company I've always dreamt of working at. The leadership not only talks the talk, but they walk the walk. Goals and objectives are stated clearly. Energy is high. And, it is very refreshing to see so much diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration, just like there should be everywhere.
Cons
There are some, and they are aware of them, and they are working to address them. So I guess that isn't a con at all.
