it´s a highly disruptive way to work, all can make your point and the idea it´s that everyone are being heard. The crew are full of smart and really intelligent people, what it´s absolutely challenging environment.

Sometimes it´s complicate, just because as everyone can express your opinion, have a clear guide or take a quick decision can take more time then expected.
