9yI'm sorry you've had less than an ideal experience in your time here - I'm curious about the things you bring up and how we can improve them. I've seen strong examples of meritocracy during my time, and by rolling out tools like the Instant Feedback program I think Uber's done a lot to invest in recognition and reward for great work.
