      Pros

      Ive grown to love some of my co-workers and have created family like relationships. Benefits and bonuses are good but could be slightly better.

      Cons

      Management is more concerned with the optics and not the reality of things. It's hard to trust what is said because they often make promises they do not live up to. Work life balance when you are a caretaker isn't the best and they do not provide adequate resources to help even as a military family.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
