Pros

Nice people. Coworkers are not competitive. Good benefits

Cons

Lower salary than other banks. Constant workload increases when they refuse to backfill when coworkers leave. Toxic middle managers Political games and poor communication leave you feeling unsure Poor client service Old software is constantly glitching but they are too cheap to pay to upgrade systems Unrealistic sales goals Weak brand and reputation make sales extra challenging Managers waited around 5-10 years for a promotion, then stop working and play at making their calendars look full with useless meetings

Pros

Ok benefits better pay than what they used to pay employees

Cons

Some management can be overdramatic and will have their favorite employees especially if they are producing sales… the bank environment has changed which now it feels like old Wells Fargo bank.. sales sales sales… if you have a good manager it would probably be better… definitely doesn’t feel like work life balance.. constant meetings and everyday huddles on sales is exhausting … can get burnout quickly due to the many calls you have to make per week.. it has changed and not for the better
