2. Ask yourself: “What makes me a great candidate?” or “What sets me apart from other candidates?”
3. Talk with your friends and family: Do a practice interview with someone you trust and ask them to share their honest feedback. Discuss your strongest qualities and talk through what you can improve.
4. Remind yourself: Be confident! Recruiters and hiring managers are excited to talk to you.
