Pros

Great clients, nice people, work is interesting.

Cons

Really want to emphasise that people read this, the work load vs pay at Two Circles is despicable. The leadership say there will be pay rises again, weaker targets, bonuses, none of which are true. People are working harder than ever, not receiving bonuses (for ‘poor’ performance), yet continue to win more and more work? Progression is completely opaque, stopping promotions so they don’t have to pay people more. The chairs in the office don’t work, the free lunch on a Wednesday has been moved to a Friday when less people are around, the general morale of the staff is lower than ever and senior leadership leverage the fact that they have the best clients, to keep people and underpay them. The operations of the company is completely underfunded, they have one person managing staffing per business area of up to c. 250 people. Serious cracks at Two Circles are showing and it’s not surprising people are considering leaving and will continue to do so. This is an environment ruined by private equity targets, where people work incredibly hard and are not rewarded.

Pros

*Generous amount of PTO and holidays *Impressive client logos for resume

Cons

I was laid off after being here for less than 7 months. I was constantly reminded of all the growth and opportunity for me within the company by leadership, was working on several client accounts and had a company-wide presentation as well as a client-facing workshop in progress. The layoff came as a shock to me, the team, the office, and even my direct manager who was not informed until after it happened. I was not the first nor will I be the last person to be laid off from Two Circles in 2026. Senior leadership gives word-salad speeches in company all-hands meetings about how the company is currently missing the mark but how great it will be in the future. If you’re not on the content team, consider your job in jeopardy at all times. It does not matter how overworked you are, they will just take your work and dump it on two overworked junior employees instead just to save a buck.
