Two Circles interview questions

3 interviews, 1 with HR, 1 with Director, 1 with Managing Director. HR screening and fit, Director Case Study & Fit, MD Case Study & Fit. The whole process took 2 weeks and comms were good.

I had a second interview with the hiring manager; it felt unorganized. I presented a recent case study and discussed my design process, but there was limited clarity on the role, challenges, and expectations, and she noted a previous hire left because the role felt too green.
