Pros
Decent pay compared to other retail jobs, Friendly atmosphere, Great job experience and perfect for someone just coming into the job scene or someone looking for something better.
Cons
Too much recognition to people when they are just preforming their job. (ex. Manager - I wanna recognize Frank for helping all those guest yesterday) .. ReallY?! I'm pretty sure its within his job description like everyone else to help customers when they ask for it.... Depending on your store not many bathrooms for employees or guest.. Incompetent Supervisors, horrible leadership skills "at times" cant manage talent
