Pros
Target does have very good benefits. They also have wonderful products. The prices of the merchandise are very low, and the quality is really great. The stores are always clean.
Cons
They are extremely rigid. The employees are treated most poorly, and unfairly. The company is so much into perfectionism. They are not pleasant.
