- Laid-back, friendly environment with great work life balance - Technology Leadership Program is a great system for entry-level engineers to explore the company and pick up skills - Commitment to diversity and inclusion. There are resources and communities in the company for Women, POC, LGTBQA+, etc.
Cons
- Getting raises and promotions takes a long time - Salary may be lower than similar positions at other companies - Target ended its lease of the City Center building, so most technology jobs will likely move to the Brooklyn Park campus.
