      Company is very forward thinking and teaches about leadership regardless of one’s background. Company is very competitive with pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Company is forward thinking, sometimes to a fault and making moves too quickly (Target Canada). Expect 60+ hour weeks, while doing a majority of your work below your pay grade.
