Pros
Very good at inside promotion, particularly in light of hiring freeze. Benefits are good but not spectacular. Target can be very good or very bad depending on how you fit into the corporate structure
Cons
Very disorganized internally with no clear vision as to where it's going and how it's going to get there. Poor communication between departments adds to the confusion as do regular management changes
